We are BACK! We are so thrilled to welcome everyone back into the salon on Friday, June 26 at 9AM.
We want you to know the health and safety of our team and our clients are our first priority and we have been diligently preparing for this day for months. Rest assured you will be enjoying the most welcoming and most sanitized salon space you’ve ever been in. We’re committed to ending the spread of COVID-19 while we give you gorgeous hair you love to live in, and continue to deliver the 5-star service you’ve come to love us for.
In adherence with the Toronto Public Health Guidelines, we have made many adjustments to keep you and our team safe at Medulla & Co.
What we ask of you:
➡️ Now more than ever, please arrive at the time of your appointment. For the sake of maintaining the social distancing flow, anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late may have to be rescheduled
➡️ Should you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in your car or outside until the scheduled time of your appointment
➡️ Please attend your appointment alone (we love your loved ones and adorable pets and children, but we’re asking that you attend the appointment alone to help us create space for social distancing)
➡️ We ask all clients to wear a mask during services, please bring your own cloth or medical-grade mask from home
➡️ Please ensure your mask has ear loops and does not tie around the back of your head or neck so that we can fully access all of your hair
➡️ We will be temporarily moving to a cashless environment and ask that all purchases be made via credit or debit
➡️ Self-assessment prior to each appointment to ensure that no staff or guest is present if experiencing signs of illness or travel exposure
What we are doing:
✅ Extended daily service hours and operations 7 days a week
✅ Extra time between appointments (more time to clean and fewer people in the space)
✅ Appropriate social distancing of work stations in our 4,000 sqft salon
✅ All staff will be equipped with PPE
✅ Increased touchless sanitizer stations
✅ As always, sanitized robes will be provided to each guest upon arrival
✅ As always, the team will wash their hands before and after each service, sanitize workstations and tools between guests
✅ Increased sanitation in the reception area and other frequently touched surfaces, including the DEBIT/POS machine which will be sanitized before and after each guest use
✅ Increased spacing and protections between service stations and washbasin
✅ Removal of shared reading materials and beverage service until further notice
There will be no cancellation fees charged during this time for cancellations due to illness. Please reschedule if you feel unwell.
